




Job Summary: Coordinate the selection, procurement, and control of health supplies, supervising staff to ensure efficient compliance with sanitary regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develops and implements standardized operational policies and procedures. 2. Evaluates suppliers and ensures compliance with good warehousing practices. 3. Requires knowledge of sanitary regulations and warehouse management. Ensure proper selection, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, and control of health supplies used within the institution. Additionally, coordinate activities of personnel working in the area to ensure these are carried out efficiently and in accordance with applicable sanitary regulations. * Develops, implements, and updates standardized operational policies and procedures for carrying out area management activities and other activities involving the safekeeping of medicines. * Reviews whether standardized operational procedures are correctly and fully executed. * Evaluates suppliers of health supplies delivering to the warehouse. * Verifies compliance with good practices for order receipt, arrangement, and distribution of health supplies.
