




**GENERAL OBJECTIVE** Verify compliance with established procedures in the pharmacy area and provide clinical support regarding patient safety, pharmaceutical care, implementing hospital pharmacovigilance, and channeling information on adverse reaction reports. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Monitor the distribution and proper handling of medications in all hospital areas * Perform activities related to Hospital Pharmaceutical Care * Comply with current regulatory provisions for the handling of narcotics and psychotropic substances * Implement processes of the Unit and Pharmacovigilance Committee * Collaborate in activities and problem resolution within the hospital management program. Pharmacovigilance. Experience: 1 year in Pharmacy Service, Hospital Pharmacy, and/or Pharmacy
