Additionally, manage and support Human Resources processes to ensure proper personnel administration, compliance with labor legislation, and development of a positive work environment that contributes to achieving organizational goals. Job Profile: Academic Qualifications: Technical degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in accounting or administrative areas. Knowledge: Basic accounting standards. Proficiency in accounting systems. Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate Excel). Payroll processing. Skills: Organization and planning. Responsibility and commitment. Ability to work in a team. Handling of confidential information. Effective communication. Main Responsibilities: Review and record accounting documentation, ensuring correct classification. Manage and prepare payroll. Employee onboarding and offboarding. Maintain personnel files for new hires. Human Resources-related activities. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
