Location: Topolobampo, Sinaloa Full availability for travel At Baja Ferries, we are seeking a Human Resources professional with strategic vision and an operational focus, responsible for ensuring the proper execution of human capital processes within the terminal, guaranteeing efficient operations and the well-being of our employees. Main Responsibilities Execute and supervise recruitment and selection processes Manage payroll incidents, vacations, leave requests, and employment contracts Monitor labor relations, employee terminations, and final settlements Coordinate onboarding and integration processes for new employees Ensure implementation of training and organizational development programs Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene guidelines Analyze HR metrics and develop improvement plans Provide support and follow-up on employee requests at the terminal Required Profile Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions Solid experience in personnel administration, labor relations, payroll, and talent acquisition Knowledge of labor legislation (Federal Labor Law and IMSS) Advanced Excel proficiency Intermediate English proficiency preferred Key Competencies Leadership Planning and organization Decision-making Effective communication Results orientation High sense of confidentiality What We Offer Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Professional development within a leading maritime transportation company in Mexico Opportunity to directly impact the operations of a continuously growing organization. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Languages: Spanish, English Knowledge: Human resources Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, HR management, head, administrator, resources, human
