Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for operational monitoring, indicator analysis, emergency response, and event tracking, with high ethics and strong teamwork capabilities. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. Availability for rotating shifts, with 24/7 coverage throughout the year, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work under pressure and handle events in strict adherence to established procedures. Analysis of evaluation indicators and tracking of operational results. Emergency event response in accordance with established security protocols. Intermediate-level Excel and Google Drive skills (databases, filters, tables, and report generation). High level of professional ethics, responsibility, and commitment to operations. Appropriate handling of confidential and sensitive information. Information analysis capability, incident tracking, and accurate event documentation. Clear and effective communication, as well as strong teamwork ability. Proficiency in GPS platforms, interpretation of alerts (route deviations, unauthorized stops, signal loss, panic button activation, etc.), and end-to-end event tracking until resolution.
