Promote and monitor appropriate conduct among monitors to maintain a positive work environment at the security monitoring center. Document and update procedures, train personnel under supervision, generate reports, process area-generated information and translate it into performance indicators, and ensure compliance with departmental performance indicators. · SCHEDULE Rotating shifts REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Criminology, Computer Systems, Administrative Fields, or related disciplines. 2 years of experience in GPS, CCTV, and alarm monitoring. Implementation and improvement of quality management systems. Development of procedures and records. Preparation of executive reports. Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Office skills; GPS, CCTV, and alarm platforms.
