Job Summary: Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and inventory control in the warehouse to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of personnel to achieve operational goals. 2. Physical inventory control and auditing. 3. Staff training and resolution of warehouse incidents. Supervise the receipt, storage, arrangement, and picking of goods. • Coordinate warehouse staff to ensure achievement of operational goals. • Verify compliance with safety regulations and proper use of work equipment. • Control physical inventory and record movements in the system. • Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO or other method). • Conduct periodic internal audits to validate inventory integrity. • Coordinate loading and unloading activities efficiently. • Generate productivity, inbound, outbound, and incident reports. • Train new staff and promote good warehouse practices. • Address and resolve incidents related to damaged, missing, or incorrectly picked items.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Age: 27 years or older Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, supervision, steward, warehouse, warehouse, storehouse, storage
