Position Summary: Contributes to the HR strategy by managing talent, hiring, personnel administration, labor relations, and organizational climate. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the Human Resources strategy and talent processes. 2. Ensures regulatory compliance and organizational climate. 3. Coordinates onboarding, hiring, and personnel administration. Position Objective: Support the Human Resources strategy by executing company processes, guidelines, and policies to ensure personnel are appropriately compensated, trained, informed, and motivated. Talent Acquisition: Create and maintain an updated candidate database, execute the full recruitment and selection process, and coordinate personnel onboarding. Hiring and Recordkeeping: Conduct the hiring process (document delivery and signing) and ensure personnel files are complete and up to date. Personnel Administration: Record absences, attendance incidents, and disabilities in the attendance system to ensure accurate payroll processing. Labor Relations: Ensure proper implementation of the Internal Work Regulations and coordinate related procedures.
