Responsibilities: * Design talent attraction strategies to fill operational and administrative positions. * Identify training needs in collaboration with operational and administrative departments. * Reporting of incidents (disabilities, absences, leaves). * Labor relations and conflict management. * Registration and deregistration with social security. * Supervise the proper implementation of internal policies and labor regulations applicable to the transportation sector. * Implementation and monitoring of processes. * Manage employment contracts, renewals, and terminations in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. * Development of job descriptions. * Coordination of events.
