Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement **\- POSITION PROFILE** **Education: Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field** **\- EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:** * **Sales and professional customer service (architects, interior designers, construction companies, developers).** * **Team leadership.** * **Experience in the construction and interior design sectors.** * **Client acquisition and project development.** * **Results-oriented approach, goal achievement, and continuous improvement.** * **Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.** * **Showroom management, product specification, and personalized service.** * **Technical knowledge of materials such as porcelain tiles, ceramics, coatings, adhesives is desirable.** **Salary Range: $15,000 MXN to $20,000 MXN net monthly \+ Commission Scheme** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company vehicle * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
