Position Summary: An Architect or Civil Engineer is sought to financially manage, plan, execute, and control residential construction projects, and to prepare executive reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of residential construction projects. 2. Leadership in project planning and execution. 3. Preparation of executive progress reports covering physical progress, financial status, and costs. A real estate company engaged in real estate operations seeks an Architect or Civil Engineer for the following responsibilities. -Financial and Cost Management (Review, validate, and analyze weekly project cost reports). -Project Planning and Execution (Plan and direct the project’s technical scheduling, ensuring progress aligns with the approved timeline). -Administrative Control and Reporting (Manage and validate construction estimates and billing processes, ensuring accurate documentation of physical progress). -Prepare executive reports integrating the project’s physical progress, financial status, and cost performance. -Residential construction. -Experience with AutoCAD. -Requirements: Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience Keywords: leader, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, execution
