




***MEGACABLE IS SEEKING A RECRUITER*** JOB MISSION Select the most suitable personnel for position development by implementing the full recruitment cycle—including candidate sourcing, attraction, and hiring—while utilizing various interview models to ensure timely coverage of vacant positions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES Develop recruitment and selection strategies through analysis of selection source metrics to ensure timely and effective vacancy coverage. Publish targeted job postings on various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to maximize candidate attraction and capture. Conduct market analysis to identify functional tools for Recruitment and Selection 2.0, assess their feasibility, and adapt them to internal processes. Execute the selection process using interviews and screening methods to evaluate candidates’ knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes in alignment with the requirements of the positions to be filled. Request feedback on candidate shortlists. Administer assessments (psychometric tests, medical exams, reference checks, socioeconomic evaluations) to candidates approved by the hiring manager. Prepare and present the selected candidate with the formal compensation offer.
