The candidate must be adaptable, with experience in harvest management and supervisory skills. The role involves coordinating with work teams, monitoring pond conditions, and making rapid decisions to optimize production. It is essential to have someone who can adjust to weather variations and terrain conditions, thereby ensuring each harvest. Requirements: -Preferred: High school diploma, technical degree, bachelor's degree, or engineering degree in Aquaculture Biology, Biological Engineering, or related field. -Demonstrable 1 year of experience in harvesting or processing plant operations. -Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems.
