Position Objective To direct, plan, and optimize the comprehensive human talent management strategy, ensuring proper execution of recruitment, selection, training, and personnel movement processes. Likewise, guarantee the strengthening of the workplace climate, compliance with policies and regulations, and consolidation of an organizational culture aligned with the institution’s strategic objectives, promoting a high-performance and continuous improvement environment. Requirements Education: B.A. in Business Administration, B.A. in Psychology, B.A. in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position Solid knowledge of local, national, and international labor legislation applicable to the transportation sector, including regulations on working hours, wages, safety, and labor rights; experience in recruitment, selection, training, development, and retention of talent; design and implementation of performance evaluations and training programs; payroll, benefits, and tax compliance management; collective bargaining with unions and conflict resolution; as well as capabilities in change management, organizational development, and strategies for talent attraction and retention.
