Here, every step you take brings you closer to the best version of yourself. **Job Objective:** Transform complex data into clear, understandable “insights” enabling stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities, optimize processes, and develop effective strategies to achieve business goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyze business needs to identify processes and rules, aiming to deliver a unified user experience, interpreting and extracting data from various sources—such as databases and files—to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations. * Collaborate with Data Owners to analyze data quality issues, prioritize requirements, and ensure data integrity and accuracy to support decision-making. * Document and publish the business glossary in the metadata manager to ensure its proper availability and facilitate users’ understanding of information. * Participate in validating test case rules during UAT, to confirm the system meets end-user requirements and expectations. * Prepare reports and presentations on data analysis results using visualization and communication tools to facilitate understanding by internal teams and stakeholders. * Develop data abstraction and analysis capabilities. Diagnose problems and easily document requirements. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. * Language: Intermediate English. * Type and Duration of Experience: 2 years in data analysis. * Knowledge: Interpret and analyze data using database query tools and reporting tools. * Tools: * Intermediate proficiency with data query tools (SQL Developer, Toad, SAS, Data Factory, Data Bricks, etc.). * Concepts of relational databases, Data Management (ETL, Data Mart, BI), as well as IPC (preferred). * Analytics and Reporting Tools (Power BI). * **Location: Benito Juárez, CDMX.** **Competencies:** * Organizational Skills. * Motivation and Inspiration. * Results Orientation. * Business Acumen. **What We Offer You:** At AXA Mexico, we provide a path to enhance your skills, grow personally and professionally, and live an experience that challenges you to become better each day.
