**REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture (degree and license required). * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in vertical housing, condominiums or residential development projects. * Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.). * Knowledge of construction regulations, urban codes and sustainability standards. * Leadership, planning and coordination skills for multidisciplinary teams. * Strong communication skills to present and defend design proposals. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and execute architectural projects for condominiums and residential towers. * Create conceptual designs, preliminary drafts and construction drawings. * Coordinate with engineering disciplines (structures, systems, urban planning, etc.) to integrate technical solutions. * Ensure compliance with urban planning, construction and safety regulations. * Supervise and monitor on-site construction progress to ensure proper project execution. * Prepare renders, models and presentations for investors and clients. * Collaborate with cost estimation, budgeting and procurement departments to optimize materials and resources. * Propose innovative and sustainable design and material solutions.
