Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technical Support professional to diagnose failures, perform repairs, and follow up on incidents in a 100% field-based role. Key Highlights: 1. Timely on-site resolution of technical incidents. **Compusof México** We are looking for your talent as Field Technical Support in **Los Mochis, Sinaloa.** **Requirements:** * Technical degree in computer science, systems, or equivalent in a related field. * Experience as a field engineer/technician in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas. (Minimum 6 months of experience) **Knowledge:** * Maintenance and repair of computer equipment. * Laser printers. * Telephony and networking (basic). * Structured cabling (desirable). * Configuration of routers, switches, and network hubs. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnose failures reported by customers. * Replace components, track incidents, provide service, and close reports. * 100% FIELD **Job Responsibilities:** Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical failure requests from users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client. **We Offer:** * Training as a Field Engineer. * Continuous training. * Statutory benefits. * Per diems. **Work Arrangement:** 100% On-site field work.
