A Key Account Manager at Fiserv plays a critical role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients. They collaborate closely with various internal teams to ensure Fiserv’s solutions are delivered timely and effectively, aligned with client needs and expectations. What you’ll do: * Manage and develop relationships with key clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction. * Identify business opportunities and service expansion within assigned accounts. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Fiserv’s solutions. * Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategies and decisions. * Provide regular reports and present results to management and other stakeholders. What you need: * 4 years of experience in key account management or customer relationship management. * 4 years of experience in the fintech or financial services industry. * 4 years of experience in negotiating and closing commercial agreements. * 4 years of experience managing complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. * 4 years of experience in data analysis and generating detailed reports.
