**Position: Facility Manager Jr** **At RIMSAMEX we are looking for young talent,** proactive individuals with a vision for professional growth to join our Operations team. **Position Objective:** Provide support in the **comprehensive operational management** of maintenance and support services for assigned accounts, ensuring quality service delivery and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * **Coordination and follow-up of service equalizations** on assigned accounts, according to established scopes and frequencies. * **Operational scheduling and assignment** of services according to internal policies. * Monitoring **crew utilization rates**, ensuring a minimum compliance of 92%. * Management of **rescheduling and suspensions** when necessary. * Supervision of **service closures** and timely review of supporting documentation. * **Updating client inventories**. * Coordination of **corrective services and emergency response**, meeting response time requirements (emergencies within less than 90 minutes). * Handling and resolution of **operational incidents** within established deadlines. * Managing **operational client relationships**, maintaining high standards of communication and service. * **Warranty issue resolution** within less than 24 hours. * Monitoring the **escalation index**, keeping it within the permitted range. **Vendor Management:** * **Recruitment, evaluation, and negotiation** with new vendors based on required profiles and locations. * Ensure **95% coverage with local vendors** for recurring services (equalizations). * Training vendors on **service protocols, documentation**, and client-specific requirements. **Logistics coordination and operational support:** * **Management of access permits** for properties requiring intervention. * Administration of **advances to vendors or clients**, according to internal guidelines. * **Planning and assignment of services** by branch or zone. * Coordination and follow-up with **field technicians and external vendors**. * **On-site supervision** of properties under responsibility. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in electromechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field with a *GPA above 90* * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications. * Experience not required.
