**Engineering preferably related to maintenance** 30\-50 years old. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the position. Experience in refrigeration, laundry equipment, air conditioning systems, washing machines, electrical substations, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and electricity. Management and supervision of personnel. OBJECTIVE: Ensure that all aspects of corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as hotel operations, are maintained in accordance with the highest standards and all applicable health and safety procedures and regulations. * Manage daily activities, plan and assign work tasks. * Maintain communication with all department heads. * Stay informed about maintenance needs. * Train team members to ensure compliance with standards. * Assist in preparing the hotel's departmental budget. * Monitor budget and control expenses. * Conduct regular inspections throughout the hotel. * Develop the annual maintenance plan. * Manage operational maintenance costs. * Manage and monitor energy consumption. * Keep the building and machinery in proper working condition.
