Development of tax strategies and regulatory compliance **Job Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. * Experience in accounting-tax area * Proactive professional with experience leading work teams **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate activities of the accounting and tax department. * Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements. * Ensure compliance with tax obligations (filings, payments, etc.). * Coordinate internal and external audits. * Control and validate accounting records according to current regulations. * Manage monthly and annual accounting closings. * Analyze financial information for decision-making. * Lead and develop the work team. * Maintain updated accounting policies and procedures. * Develop tax strategies **Essential Knowledge:** * Current tax legislation (Income Tax, VAT, Federal Tax Code, etc.). * Tax planning and strategy. * General accounting and Financial Information Standards (NIF). * Proficiency in accounting systems. * Tax calculation and tax-accounting reconciliations. * Tax compliance control and tax obligation calendar. * Knowledge of tax refunds, offsets, and tax procedures. **Skills:** * Leadership and team management. * Analytical thinking and attention to detail. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Organization and multitasking ability. * Effective communication. * Problem-solving. * Adaptability to change. Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
