**HOTEL DEL GOBERNADOR** ***Hiring: Maintenance Manager*** Requirements: * Age: 28 to 50 years old. * Sex: Male. * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechanics or related field. * Experience in corrective and preventive maintenance (machinery, painting, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, boilers, heating, refrigeration systems, etc.). * Interaction with suppliers. * Experience handling civil protection matters. * General knowledge of restaurants and hospitality industry. * Experience in similar positions. ***Schedule Availability*** Responsibilities: * Manage required materials, tools, and spare parts. * Carry out scheduling, evaluation, and support for preventive and corrective maintenance. * Conduct daily inspections of facilities to identify potential failures and repair them promptly if detected. * Inspect the performance of household appliances located in each unit, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens, and coffee makers. * Perform plumbing, electrical, and other repairs. * Document all requested and scheduled maintenance work. * Address machinery failures promptly to minimize downtime. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
