Stable employment with mid-week days off Due to operational expansion, a prominent family entertainment franchise is seeking a CHEF (KITCHEN MANAGER) with extensive experience in managing hot line, cold line, and production; culinary techniques; time control during service; plating; basic ingredient control; inventory management; food preparation; and more. Must demonstrate skilled personnel management, proactive leadership, organization, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure. Graduate of Gastronomy or equivalent program; gender-neutral; maximum age 40 years; flexible availability.
