Proactive leadership and effective communication Due to operational expansion, a Family Entertainment Franchise is seeking a HEAD CHEF with extensive experience in managing hot, cold, and production lines; culinary techniques; service timing control; plating; basic ingredient control; inventory management; food preparation; and more. Must demonstrate skilled personnel management, proactive leadership, organizational ability, effective communication, and the capacity to work under pressure. Graduates of Gastronomy, Distintivo H, or equivalent programs are preferred. Gender is unrestricted. Maximum age: 40 years. Flexibility regarding working hours is required.
