Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages human resources and daily warehouse operations. 2. Ensures order, cleanliness, and efficient inventory control. 3. Guarantees effective product shipment to customers. We are seeking talent for the position of **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** Cadeco is a 100% Mexican company, a leader in the marketing and distribution of heavy machinery parts and general equipment. Over 40 years of experience support us as the top choice for the industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage the human resources involved in operational activities. * Supervise goods receipt and dispatch. * Maintain appropriate order and cleanliness in the warehouse. * Supervise goods receipt and dispatch. * Supervise warehouse management system operations. * Ensure products are shipped efficiently to customers and their destinations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed and verifiable bachelor's degree. * Knowledge of daily warehouse operations, as well as safety regulations, racking systems, potential hazards, and implementation of practical solutions. * Understanding of logistics principles. * KPI management skills. * Continuous improvement mindset. * **Desirable knowledge**: Heavy machinery parts or any of the following sales lines: Cutting Tools, Undercarriage, Lubricants, Tires, Engines, Safety Equipment, Hydraulics. **BENEFITS:** * Weekly payroll every Friday via BBVA Bancomer. * Statutory benefits. * 30-day Christmas bonus. * Life insurance. * 50% vacation premium. * Uniform allowance. **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
