A leading company in the metalworking sector, specializing in the manufacture of high-precision structures and components, seeks a CNC Technician responsible for setting up, adjusting, operating, and optimizing CNC machines for mechanical part manufacturing, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules. **Responsibilities** * Program and operate CNC machines according to engineering drawings and specifications. * Use CAD/CAM software. * Optimize programs to reduce cycle times and improve quality. * Select and install cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures. * Interpret mechanical drawings and geometric tolerances. * Perform necessary adjustments, calibrations, and changes for each job. * Conduct first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks. * Perform basic and preventive maintenance on equipment. * Comply with industrial safety standards and the 5S methodology. * Collaborate with production, supervision, and engineering teams to improve processes. * Participate in safety, productivity, TPM, Kaizen, and Tier 1 meetings. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machinist, or related field (preferred). * **Experience:** 2–3 years as a CNC operator/programmer. * Advanced interpretation of workshop drawings. * Proficiency in using measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, protractor). * Knowledge of industrial safety standards. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract with statutory benefits. * Competitive salary of **$14,000 to $16,000 monthly** (based on experience). * Continuous training and opportunities for career advancement. * A safe working environment with modern equipment.
