Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines in the hall according to the work plan. Install, relocate and move machines in the hall according to the activity schedule and layout updates. Handle and document first-level incidents in the hall. Escalate and send second-level incidents to the Contact Center department. Provide on-site support to departments requiring remote connection to configure machines. Attend requests from departments needing data configuration or machine information in the hall.
