Grupo Kasa automotriz is looking for your talent to join its outstanding Mitsubishi Santa Clara team: *** Credit and Collections Assistant *** REQUIREMENTS: * 2 years of experience in a similar position * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field RESPONSIBILITIES: * Record and review credit and collections operations and invoice issuance across various departments: service, parts, accessories, and sold vehicles, to verify balances and ensure timely payment. * Review balances of various credits granted through financing, cash customers, other agencies, diverse companies, etc., to reconcile account statements and corresponding receipts. * Record cash payments in the accounting system to update the accounts receivable portfolio status. * Enter payments and invoicing generated from the agency’s various operations to monitor timely payment.
