




**TECHNICAL SUPPORT** **Job Description:** Provide timely and appropriate support required by customers to ensure the proper functioning of software and hardware used at their service station, through phone, remote, on-site, or at our facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Assist Technical Support with remote installation tasks at stations, including system modules, components, and/or functionalities. * Perform remote software updates at service stations. * Accurately capture detailed information for each case, as well as related documentation in the Technical Support CRM, always indicating the case status and method of service (phone, remote, on-site, electronic, etc.). * Document and record ticket information that will be escalated to the next level. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** * Networking and communication protocols and interfaces. * Microsoft platform * Database management * SQL Server, NT 4\.0, Windows, ASP.net, Postgre SQL, CRM, ERP **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in IT or related field * Knowledge of: Networks, communication protocols and interfaces, Microsoft Office 365 * Proficiency in standard vehicle operation and valid driver's license * Availability to travel * Good communication skills and customer service attitude. **We Offer:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training.
