




Position Summary: Leads maintenance planning, execution, and continuous improvement in process plants, managing teams and ensuring compliance with standards. Key Highlights: 1. Failure analysis and recurrence prevention **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **maintenance planning and execution** (preventive, corrective, and predictive). * Coordinate **plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and critical activities**. * Manage **work orders, backlog, and cost control**. * Supervise technical teams and contractors. * Implement **reliability and continuous improvement strategies (RCM / Condition Monitoring)**. * Analyze failures, conduct **root cause analysis**, and prevent recurrences. * Manage contracts, suppliers, and procurement processes. * Ensure compliance with **HSSE, quality, and industrial regulatory standards**. * Prepare technical reports, KPIs, and budgets. **Requirements** * Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial or related field). * \+10 years of experience in **process plants / petrochemical facilities**. * \+5 years in **supervisory or technical leadership roles**. * Experience in: * Maintenance and reliability systems * DCS / PLC * Asset management and ERP * Intermediate English (B1–B2\). * Strong analytical ability, decision-making skills, and leadership. **Key Technical Knowledge** * Industrial maintenance in process plants * Process Safety Management (PSM) * Failure analysis and reliability * Engineering standards and codes * Inventory and critical spare parts management Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
