Position Summary: We are seeking a field collection agent to negotiate with customers, generate payment commitments, and recover accounts, with a strong focus on results. Key Highlights: 1. Recovery of early, charged-off, or extrajudicial delinquent accounts 2. Customer negotiation and generation of payment commitments 3. Results-oriented \*Schedule:\* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. \*Responsibilities:\* Field collections, customer negotiation, generation of payment commitments, and account recovery : * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Experience in recovery of early, charged-off, or extrajudicial delinquent accounts (preferred). * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. : * Base salary of $9,451.20 gross monthly * Weekly training bonus of $300.00 MXN (for the first 8 weeks). * Fixed productivity bonus of $3,000 MXN for 6 months, paid biweekly; after the 6-month period, this bonus continues as long as productivity targets are met. * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during the second interview with the manager). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350.00 MXN) * IMSS (100% contribution from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit-sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniform).
