Field Collections Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a field collections agent to negotiate with clients, secure payment commitments, and recover accounts. Key Highlights: 1. Recovery of early, charged-off, or extrajudicial delinquent accounts 2. Results-oriented 3. Excellent uncapped commission scheme \*Schedule:\* Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. \*Responsibilities:\* Field collections, client negotiation, securing payment commitments, and account recovery : * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Experience in recovering early, charged-off, or extrajudicial delinquent accounts (preferred). * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. : * Base salary of $9,451\.20 gross per month * Weekly training bonus of $300\.00 MXN (for the first 8 weeks). * Fixed productivity bonus of $3,000 MXN for 6 months, paid biweekly; after 6 months, this bonus continues as long as productivity targets are met * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during the second interview with the manager). * Weekly gasoline allowance ($350\.00\) * IMSS (100% coverage from day one). * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, profit sharing, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT). * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniform).
