




Position Summary: Provide in-store operational support for sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service to achieve commercial performance metrics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operational sales support, merchandise stocking, and customer service. 2. Merchandise stocking and planogram execution. 3. Customer service and cash register transactions. Provide floor-level operational support in stores by executing operational processes related to sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service as established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet both operational and commercial store performance metrics. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overflow areas, and in delivery trucks, adhering to applicable stocking guidelines. * Execute accurate planograms; * Scan merchandise to fulfill inventory counts; * Perform proper front-facing and labeling of merchandise for classification, and participate in store opening and closing tasks, as well as sales-floor cleaning activities, to ensure correct product placement and overall store presentation. * Deliver customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, functionality, and pricing, thereby providing excellent service reflected in successful point-of-sale transactions; also handle customer phone calls to resolve questions about specific products or orders. * Accurately execute cash register transactions involving cash or credit/debit cards, and process returns in compliance with AutoZone’s cash register policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction completion. * High school diploma completed * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
