Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage material procurement, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery at a photovoltaic systems company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the procurement of materials for photovoltaic systems. 2. Maintains contact with suppliers and updates records. 3. Coordinates with the warehouse and verifies product receipt. A reputable company specializing in the design, marketing, and installation of photovoltaic systems, located in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, is seeking: PURCHASING EXECUTIVE Requirements: \-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. \-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Industrial Engineering. Responsibilities: Request and compare supplier quotations. Prepare and track purchase orders. Manage procurement of materials (solar panels, inverters, wiring, etc.). Maintain updated supplier records and contact information. Verify pricing, quality, and delivery timelines. Track orders until delivery. Coordinate with the warehouse for material receipt. Verify that received products match purchase requests. Control and archive procurement documentation (invoices, purchase orders, requisitions). Support inventory management and stock control. Report shortages, delays, or supplier-related incidents.
