Focus on technical support, diagnosis, and maintenance A company with extensive experience in marketing premium-quality seafood seeks to hire a responsible Systems Analyst for its IT Department to handle and resolve internal departmental requirements. Main Requirements: * Age: 24 to 35 years old. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Systems Engineering. * Prior experience in technical support: Fault diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment; installation, configuration, diagnosis, and resolution of hardware and software issues; database backups; handling and resolution of on-site and remote technical support tickets; email configuration and administration; preparation and management of audiovisual events; knowledge of and maintenance experience with Zeta printers (especially). * Minimum one year of experience performing similar duties. * High level of responsibility. * Analytical ability. * Proactive attitude. * Strong communication skills. * High level of organizational skills. * Immediate availability.
