Present performance indicators, report results, and collaborate with all company departments to implement effective solutions that enhance customer experience. Job Functions and Responsibilities * Manage and supervise assigned personnel, promoting teamwork and goal achievement. * Organize and coordinate operational activities and training for the Customer Solutions team. * Handle and follow up on assigned service reports promptly. * Present key performance indicators (KPIs) clearly and effectively. * Deliver executive presentations using PowerPoint to communicate results and strategies. * Use data analysis tools such as intermediate Excel for data processing and metric tracking. * Coordinate reporting to regional and national management. * Collaborate cross-functionally with all company departments to resolve issues and improve processes. * Ensure proper communication with customers regarding the status and resolution of their reports. * Guarantee compliance with established quality standards and response times.
