Position Summary: CBRE is seeking a Carpenter Assistant to perform furniture maintenance and repair using power and hand tools. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity to chart your own path and reach your full potential CBRE is the global leader in real estate consulting, marketing, services, and maintenance. **Carpenter Assistant.** Location: (Los Mochis, Boulevard Centenario) Schedule: Fixed shift from 7:00 – 15:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 hrs; one fixed weekday off per week. **Requirements:** Completed junior high school or high school diploma. 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance and/or skilled trades. **Responsibilities:** * Furniture repair, rail installation, drawer maintenance, applying furniture veneers, installing plastic corner guards on furniture perimeters, operating power and hand tools. * Use of drills, saws, jigsaws, handsaws, coping saws, and compressors for varnishing. **Why CBRE?** When you join CBRE, you become part of the world’s leading commercial real estate services and investment firm—driving progress for businesses and individuals alike.
