Job Summary: We are seeking a Training and Development Analyst with experience in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), development of training plans, and implementation of NOM-035. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for professional and career growth We require a **Training and Development Analyst** to work at **Metro Division del Norte, Coyoacán Borough**: **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field 1–2 years of experience in training Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Full-time Knowledge of the entire training process, including instructor duties; solid understanding of NOM\-035\-STPS; course and instructional material development **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Conduct the corporate-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) Develop the annual Training Plan and Program based on the TNA Deliver scheduled trainings outlined in the annual Training Plan Develop courses and instructional materials Prepare course descriptive letters and session plans for each course Deliver the induction course for new employees Ensure legal compliance regarding training and instruction Coordinate and manage supplies, equipment, and facilities required for each training session Implement NOM-035 Support staff integration and motivation programs Proficiency in MOODLE platform **WE OFFER:** Competitive monthly salary Statutory benefits Timely payments via BBVA Professional and career growth plan If you meet the profile, apply through this channel and don’t miss this opportunity!
