Job Summary: Monitors and operates telecommunications technologies, equipment, and systems, performing fault analysis, maintenance, and network infrastructure management. Key Highlights: 1. Management and monitoring of base platform with Linux and Unix servers Monitor and operate telecommunications technologies, equipment, systems, and networks. **Responsibilities** * Monitor telecommunications systems infrastructure. * Analyze and diagnose faults, perform on-site intervention and repair. * Analyze alarms, performance indicators, and report to client. * Maintenance on-call duties. * Generate service deliverables and evidence, control and manage spare parts inventory. * Prepare reports on issues related to telecommunications and information. * Prepare intervention reports and ticket closure reports. **On-site activities (Iztapalapa, CDMX) include management and monitoring of the operational base platform, composed of Intel (X86\) servers and storage systems with virtualized platforms, running Linux and Unix operating systems.** **Requirements** Availability of time and ability to work under pressure. Degree in Communications and Electronics Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience with hypervisors and virtual machines, as well as knowledge of Linux.
