Job Summary: Heavy equipment operator for construction responsible for trench excavation and safe material handling, ensuring optimal equipment condition. Key Highlights: 1. Full availability to travel for extended periods **MISSION:** Ensure precise and safe trench excavation and material handling, maintaining machinery under supervision in optimal operating condition to meet project timelines. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** * Monthly Take-Home Salary: $16,000 MXN. * Productivity Bonus: $3,000–$4,000 MXN additional take-home pay (based on meters excavated). * Biweekly On-Time Payments (15th and last day of month). * Statutory Benefits from Day 1: IMSS, Infonavit, Vacation, Year-End Bonus (Aguinaldo), and Vacation Premium (Prima Vacacional). * Direct employment and supplementary contributions to your AFORE retirement account. * Out-of-Town Projects: Daily Food Allowance of $200 MXN (average $4,800 extra per month). * Accommodation: Free, fully equipped campsite with transportation included. **WHAT WE SEEK:** * 2–3 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment (e.g., backhoe loader, disc trencher). * Ability to perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment. * Full availability to travel across the Mexican Republic for extended periods. * In-depth knowledge of safe operating procedures and emergency protocols. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Expert operation of disc trencher for telecommunications infrastructure installation. * Responsible for unit management and safe movement of materials, machinery, tools, and personnel on site. * Identify operational faults, perform technical cleaning of equipment, and report requirements for major maintenance. * Strictly comply with operating rules and incident response protocols. * Knowledge of construction material handling and cargo protection. **Schedule:** Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM). **Out-of-Town Availability:** Flexible schedule according to project needs. **Meeting Point:** Tlalnepantla Centro, State of Mexico *APPLY NOW!
