Requires the ability to analyze legal and administrative information. **CGE AUTOMOTIVE GROUP** **Brands: Renault · Suzuki · Jeep · Peugeot · Ram · Fiat · Dodge · Alfa Romeo · Ford · Audi · JAC · Foton · Budget · Car4u.** **Position: Legal Coordinator** .**Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Law (degree certificate and professional license required) * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in legal procedures, legal management, or corporate representation * Willingness to travel to different states * Knowledge of: * Responding to requests from government agencies * Vehicle-related procedures (license plates, registrations, cancellations, renewals, inspections) * Vehicle release procedures at impound lots, prosecutors' offices, or insurance companies **Main Responsibilities** * **Carry out vehicle-related procedures**, including: * Registration, cancellation, and replacement of license plates * Payment of renewals and inspections * Management of temporary permits and administrative transfers * **Release vehicles** detained at impound lots, prosecutors' offices, or insurance companies, including: * Representing the group before courts, prosecutors' offices, government agencies, traffic authorities, vehicle control departments, notaries, and state offices. * Preparing and processing official letters, legal documents, acknowledgments, and other legal paperwork related to procedures or official requests. * Coordinating and tracking administrative procedures related to group vehicles. * Compiling, organizing, and safeguarding legal and vehicle-related files. **Personal Competencies** * Ability to organize work, anticipate tasks, and operate independently. * Responsibility in handling confidential information and strict adherence to established procedures. * Skill in reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting legal and administrative information with high attention to detail. * Results-oriented approach and effective resolution of procedures and situations. * Availability to conduct external assignments, travel, and visits as required. * Clear, professional, and effective communication when interacting with institutions, government agencies, and other involved parties. **Employment Conditions** * Salary: **$15,000 gross monthly** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Life insurance Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
