




Job Summary: Responsible for baking and baking bakery products, ensuring process and product quality, and maintaining inventory and equipment in optimal condition. Key Highlights: 1. Baking and baking of bread and pastries. 2. Quality assurance in production and baking. 3. Operation and supervision of bakery equipment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ** Bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products following recipes and quality standards.** ** Prepare and measure ingredients such as flour, yeast, sugar, and other supplies according to recipes.** ** Ensure daily production targets are met as per required planning.** ** Supervise inventory of ingredients and bakery products, reporting any replenishment needs.** ** Guarantee quality throughout the production and baking process for each product.** ** Apply good manufacturing practices and adhere to established product quality standards.** ** Ensure proper use and operation of bakery equipment.** ** Maintain communication with team members via WhatsApp groups.** REQUIREMENTS: ** Willingness to follow procedures, policies, and manuals.** ** Proactive, committed, honest, and responsible.** ** Experience operating ovens and general bakery equipment.** ** Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position.** WE OFFER: ** Base net salary (paid biweekly).** ** Statutory benefits (Sunday premium, vacation pay, year-end bonus).** SCHEDULE: **WEEKENDS** **SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OR** **FRIDAY TO SUNDAY** ** FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY.** LOCATION: LA MAGDALENA CONTRERAS AREA (SAN JERONIMO / SAN BERNABE) Salary: $5,000\.00 \- $8,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
