Continuous Improvement Engineer

Position Summary: Coordinate and ensure enterprise-wide implementation of continuous improvement programs, maintain updated performance indicators, and organize training sessions. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Continuous Improvement and program coordination. 2. Skills to implement programs such as Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. 3. Focus on pollution prevention and energy efficiency. Description and details of responsibilities: Maintains daily continuous improvement performance indicators up to date for the organization. Organizes assigned training sessions under continuous improvement programs. Coordinates programs such as Gemba Walk, Scrap Meeting, TPM, 6’S, Tangible Improvement, Suggestion Programs, Six Sigma, and other similar programs to develop and implement enterprise-wide continuous improvement. Ensures pollution prevention, environmental protection, and efficient energy use in activities under responsibility, as well as in company products and services. Complies with the Operational Excellence System, required trainings, and applicable quality systems for this position. Complies with corporate requirements.
