Main Responsibilities: * Register customers in the betting system and CRM. * Provide personalized customer service. * Develop in-store activities and promotions. * Guide customers on the entertainment services and options we offer. * Handle cash transactions. * Make public address announcements regarding activities and special events. Requirements: * Excellent personal appearance. * Completed high school education. * Service-oriented attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Teamwork skills.
