Job Summary:
Leads the talent strategy, promotes organizational culture, manages labor administration and compliance, and fosters positive labor relations.

***Your main responsibilities:***
\* **Talent Strategy Design**: Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
\* **Organizational Culture and Climate**: Develop initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
\* **Administration and Compliance**: Prepare payroll by gathering necessary information for its processing, up to its stamping, and ensure strict compliance with current labor regulations; manage employment contracts, personnel file updates, registrations, terminations, and employee transfers with the corresponding authorities.
\* **Labor Relations**: Act as mediator in conflict resolution and advise area leaders on team management; address staff questions, clarifications, and concerns; maintain composure under pressure, demonstrate teamwork, conflict resolution skills, and strong negotiation abilities.
\* Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): (turnover, absenteeism, hiring efficiency).
\* System knowledge: SUA, NOMIPAQ.
\* Portal knowledge: SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, State Taxes.
\* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $12,320.00 - $14,320.00 per month
