Job Summary: We are seeking a Development Executive to train and provide commercial support to new insurance agents, and to implement training and development plans. Key Responsibilities: 1. Commercial training and coaching 2. Support in closing negotiations 3. Implementation of development plans Specialists in financial services and projects is looking for a Development Executive. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial training and coaching Extensive knowledge of the insurance industry Responsibilities: \- Deliver commercial training to new insurance agents \- Support negotiation closure \- Implement training and development plans for agents Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM Work Location: Avenida Américas We Offer: $25,000 monthly gross \+ Superior benefits \+ Bonuses Salary: $25,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
