




I. Position Mission You are the **central hub** of our flight operations. Your mission is to ensure that every client—whether booking recreational/experiential flights or private services—experiences a seamless transition from initial quotation request through to completion of their flight experience. You will be responsible for schedule accuracy, administrative verification, and logistical coordination. II. Key Responsibilities * **Master Schedule Management (Home Office Priority):** * Maintain absolute control and perform daily updates of the flight calendar (experiential and private), coordinating aircraft availability and pilot schedules. * Schedule, modify, and confirm all bookings in the CRM/operational system. * **End-to-End Process Control:** * **Quotation:** Rigorously track all sales team quotations, ensuring conversion into confirmed bookings. * **Payment:** Verify that each client has completed corresponding payments (deposits and balances) prior to the flight date and record them administratively. * **Execution:** Ensure all logistical details and documentation are ready for the operational team (pilots, hangars). * **Operational Coordination (Hangar Support):** * Physically assist at hangars located at Toluca Airport on high-activity days or for direct coordination of specific private flights. * Ensure receipt of original documentation and confirm final details with the client or their on-site representative. * **Client Communication and Service:** * Serve as the liaison between Marketing/Sales and Operations/Pilots. * Proactively and professionally inform clients of any operational changes (e.g., due to weather). * **Administrative Reporting:** * Prepare weekly reports on payment status, quoted flight pipeline, and operational punctuality metrics. III. Requirements and Qualifications * **Experience:** Experience in roles involving management of complex schedules, logistics, operational back-office functions, or reservations within high-demand sectors (premium tourism, aviation, luxury hospitality, etc.). * **Digital Skills:** Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets) and proven experience using CRM and project management tools. * **Organization:** Obsessive attention to detail and precision. * **Communication:** Verbal and written fluency when interacting with premium clients and operational staff. * **Availability:** Ability to work under a flexible arrangement (Home Office) and attend the airport as required. Position Type: Full-time Salary: $9,903.51 – $11,500.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work based in Toluca, Mexico.
