**We are seeking a Payroll Assistant** **Essential knowledge:** * Nomipaq software operation. * Knowledge of and ability to prepare severance settlements, final payroll calculations, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), payroll processing, PTU (Profit Sharing), and ISR (Income Tax). * Familiarity with IDSE, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT systems. * Knowledge of virtual desktop platforms (IMSS and INFONAVIT). **Key responsibilities:** * Pre-payroll registration. * Registration of medical leaves in Nomipaq, SUA, and internal software. * Monitoring and tracking of ST2 and ST7 medical leave cases\. * Calculation and generation of severance settlements, year-end bonuses (aguinaldo), annual PTU, and annual ISR. * IDSE transactions (onboarding, offboarding, and modifications). * INFONAVIT transactions (clarifications, confirmation receipts for onboarding, and downloading retention notices). * Validation of complete personnel files. * Support in HR processes. **Requirements** * \+1 year of experience in this role. * Proficiency in Excel (essential). * Nomipaq software operation. * Strong spelling and grammar skills. * High level of judgment. * Results-oriented work ethic. * Proactivity and dynamism. * Excellent cognitive abilities. * Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure. **Work schedule and location:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. * Our company is located at El Salto Industrial Park (Acopisa). * ***Please review and consider your commuting distance — this is the most important factor.*** **We offer:** * Initial monthly net salary of **$15,000**, increasing to **$16,000** monthly net upon joining the plant. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
