That's why we are seeking a professional passionate about training, continuous learning, and building organizational culture. **Your mission will be:** To design, execute, and coordinate training, onboarding, and development programs that strengthen FRIMAX talent, aligning our teams with the values, policies, and processes that define us. **Some of your main responsibilities:** * Identify training needs together with area leaders. * Design and implement the annual training plan. * Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires. * Standardize training on policies, procedures, and quality standards. * Create training content (in-person, virtual, videos, manuals). * Evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly. * Design development pathways and support performance evaluations. * Manage skill indicators and matrices. * Ensure compliance with **STPS** requirements. **Profile we are looking for:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Administration, or related field.
