Develop strategies to improve communication and engagement within the organization, ensuring proper transmission of changes and improvements. 11\. Mediate labor conflicts and propose solutions beneficial to both employees and the organization. 12\. Measure the impact of organizational development programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on results. 13\. Conduct surveys and analysis to evaluate the work environment and propose improvements to increase satisfaction and engagement. 14\. Implementation and monitoring of NOM-35 compliance. 15\. Provide training and development for leaders and supervisors to improve their leadership and team management skills. 16\. Propose talent management initiatives to identify and retain talented employees, promoting recognition, development, and growth within the organization. 17\. Create and implement training programs, leadership development, succession planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. 18\. Manage compliance with STPS training requirements. 19\. Manage agreements with public and private institutions that provide benefits to employees. 20\. Design and implement employee recognition programs. 21\. Design and implement employee wellness programs. 22\. Design and implement service evaluation programs. 23\. Conduct exit interviews.
